Victor Lagunas has taught US History for 13 years at Da Vinci Junior High and has much to say about the ways in which history is not only a study of the past but is relevant to the situations that students & adults face today. While young people are bombarded with information from all sides, it’s teachers who can help break it down. As people become disengaged from current events & politics, Victor’s message is to stay engaged & informed, get clear on issues & know how to exercise our rights.
