One evening, I received a call from an old friend. I have known him since he was 13 and watched him go through high school, create his business and start his family. We always catch up on work and then we discuss our latest off-road adventures. It was at that point that Gary shocked me to the point I froze in mt tracks.

He was talking about his son Ethan and wanted to bring him over to meet me. That, alone, was a cool request, but his next line was the rationale. He wanted his son to meet me and he explained that Ethan was the same age HE WAS when we met many years ago. This turned the “I wanna bring Ethan over” into a multigenerational pilgrimage.

I have had many honors in my life, but none quite like this and none presented this way. Gary and Ethan did come to visit and we had an amazing time touring my shop and telling stories. I never dreamed I had THAT much influence on the people in my life

April 9 Time to leave NATO

For the past 60 years, I've wondered why NATO exists and why America was pouring so much money into the defense of Europe. I lived in Germany during the 1980s and there were military bases everywhere. In fact, the town of Kaiserslautern had the largest US population outside the US. But the European members of NATO were not paying their fair share. Far from it. They weren't defending themselves. Far from it. And now they're not helping us with their enemy, Iran. And we're supposed to foot the bill when they won't even let us use their bases or fly across their airspace. I think it's about time we leave NATO and see how they deal with their enemies. And see how much they're willing to pay for their oil when America controls three-quarters of the world's supply.

April 8 When comedy was funny

I have a friend who doesn't need as much sleep as I do, and he goes to bed much later, and I ask him if he watches late-night comedy. He said, no, it's not comedy. It's just politically correct crap that borders on cruelty. Jerry Seinfeld's interview a few years ago, lamenting the death of funny comedy. He said "Nowadays, you're afraid to insult anyone at all, unless you're insulting Christians, or conservatives, or straight white men, or families." And he has it right. Why watch something that's supposed to be funny, but it's not. In fact, it's worse. If the supermarket that once sold you nourishing food now sells poison, you wouldn't go there anymore. And no wonder late-night comedy has so few audience, compared to Johnny Carson, or Jay Leno, or Saturday Night Live, when it was funny. April 7 Demonic Democrat votes

The Save America Act is pretty simple, and to oppose it would be on the demonic side or on the Democrats side. For instance, photo ID to vote. Democrats don't want it because they like cheating. Only US citizens should vote. Democrats want illegal aliens to vote. No mail-in ballots. Because that's a great source of cheating, Democrats want mail-in ballots. Men in women's sports, men in girls' showers. Why do Democrats want that? No sexual mutilation of children. Democrats voted 100% for child sexual mutilation without parental consent. I think the Democrats' opposition to the Save Act can be explained by the No Kings Rally. Trump Derangement Disorder precludes the Democrats from doing anything right anymore.

April 6 Plentiful money for destroying America

Last week, the No Kings Crazies were out marching again. Maybe it has something to do with the $3 billion in funding that the movement received from George Soros and others. Why is it that the useful idiots are always funded, but the pro-American activists don't receive a dime? Here in Virginia, Democrats are trying to redistrict the entire state to make 10 out of 11 districts Democrat. And they're flooding the airwaves with the $27 million they received to flood the airwaves. Meanwhile, the patriots who don't want the state redistrict have a total of $495,000. Money talks, and the problem is, it talks tyranny. Why is it that many rich people who are made rich by the freedoms of our country are willing to pay so much for the destruction of our country? The “No Kings” protests made some valid points.
1. The protesters didn’t know Mr. Trump was democratically elected.
2. An actual king would not allow a “No Kings” protest.
3. The Iranian regime they admire killed thousands of Iranian protesters.
While thousands of “No Kings” protested their own delusions, millions of Christians were praying for America, for the safety of our military, godly wisdom for Mr. Trump, and an end to the regime that murdered 1,000’s of Americans since 1979.
What would it take to wake our No Kings protesters to truth? The nuclear bombs the Ayatollahs promised to use on America?

March 31 Islamist socialist Spanberger and Soros

I live in Lynchburg, Virginia, and a lot of Virginians think that our Islamist Nazi governor, Abigail Spanberger, is her own person. She's just another Soros puppet. George Soros has poured his billions of dollars into creating infrastructures that are invisible to the normal citizen. Soros poured money into prosecutor races, and most voters barely noticed. A few hundred thousand dollars out of Soros billions would dominate the airwaves, the self-pish was always clothed in soothing language. Does that remind you of the redistricting vote that we have in Virginia? That it's only temporary. That's creating fairness. Or as New York City's Mayor, Mamdani said, embrace the warmth of socialism. The problem is, once we embrace anything, the Soros touches were weakened and impoverished.
