On June 15, 1989 a woman in Port Saint Joe, Florida parks next to a white Toyota cargo van in a conveniene store parking lot. She sees a man with a mustache sitting in the driver's seat. She goes into the store and when she comes out she can see that the Toyota has left. However, before she gets in her car she sees a polaroid photo of an unidentified young woman and boy, both gagged with duct tape and seemingly bound lying on the ground. The woman called the police and the photo made its way onto national broadcasts with hopes of identifing the people in the photo. One person, Patty Doel, was convinced that girl in the photo was her daughter Tara Calico. Calico had gone missing on September 20, 1988 in Belen, New Mexico. Perhaps this is the lead that would bring Tara home. Or was it another dead end?
