Tammy Darcy: Empowering the next generation

In this episode I chat to Tammy Darcy, founder of the Shona Project, an organisation that works to support and empower girls and young women. Tammy shares her own experiences of the traumas she faced as a young person. We also talk about the challenges young people face today, the significance of community and purpose for young people as well as the role of mentorship in fostering self-worth for young women.
