  • The Breath of Life: How Torah/Yahshua is manifested in the human circulatory system

In this podcast, I call your attention to another of the deeper truths to be found in G-d's Torah by comparing YHVH/Yahshua/Torah to the human circulatory system. As a retired medical professional who loves G-d's Torah, as I prayerfully studies the subject of the breath of life, I discovered that the circulatory system reveals several parallels to the process of being reconciled to G-d through Yahshua, and the importance of properly feeding the heart and mind with G-d's Torah and feeding our bodies with healthy food to achieve and maintain an optimal relationship with G-d and our physical and spiritual well-being.

Today I am going to discuss how G-d accomplishes his plan for his people through all of our human "adventures," whether through adversity or joyous experiences. We will examine Yosef's story as a perfect example of how G-d's plan will be accomplished for each of us in one way or another, no matter how we or others may interfere with sinful behavior.

I will also reinforce through scripture that we are accountable for all of our thoughts, speech, and deeds that will be judged by Yahshua described in 2 Cor. 5:10 and in the Book of Revelation 20:12.

We all need to ask G-d to search our hearts and show us where we need to repent and chart a new course according to G-d's Torah. See Psalm 139.

I will also describe several similarities between Yosef and his life to Yahshua's time on earth.

This commentary will focus on Chapter 32:22-32, specifically on the subject of prayer and the condition our heart and soul must be in as we pray in order to receive G-d's answer and an optimal response. The example will be taken from Ya'akov's life, what he learned beyond his previous experiences, and how the lessons he learned apply to us today.

Today I am going to focus on the remarkable and usually unexplained process Ya'akov used in breeding livestock that would be designated as his wages for working for Lavan. Biblical application will be discussed. I will also discuss the question many people have asked me about the "trickery" of which Ya'akov was guilty in more than one situation. This subject is also specifically covered in a subsequent podcast for a more detailed response.

Today I respond to the following questions I received through the website:

    1. Why is the word G-d not spelled out or even spoken when the Bible spells it out?

    2. Do you believe in the 5- fold ministry: Prophet, apostle, preacher, teacher, evangelist?

    3. Do you believe you are Torah observant out of love for the L-rd or do you believe being Torah observant draws you closer to the L-rd?

    4. Can a gentile wear a tallit? I wear tzitzit but not all the time. I want to wear one all the time to be dedicated to the L-rd.

    5. I found out or read the gospels didn't have titles 1e. Mathew, Mark, Luke, John until a few hundred years ago and there were no chapters or verses.
