Welcome to Talking Nonsense, The podcast where two unlikely friends make sense of life by… not making sense at all.

A millennial Latin American and a Gen Z Slavic meet in London and end up navigating city chaos, language mishaps, cultural contradictions and generational gaps — all with humour, honesty and zero shame.

Here, we talk about everything and nothing: the transcendental, the superficial, the confusing, the comforting. It’s non-serious, but somehow deeply important. If you’re into genuine connection, unfiltered conversations and light chaos, you’re in the right place.

  • Dearest gentle listeners… Let the gossip begin | with Carina and Karin
    Mar 29 2026

This week, we’re just talking about how much we genuinely love Bridgerton. Like… the vibes, the romance, the DRAMA—everything is hitting.

We get into our favorite couples, the moments that had us smiling, and why we’re lowkey just here for the longing looks and chaotic feelings.

Also, just to be clear—we’re here to enjoy the art. It’s fun, it’s beautiful, the music is amazing, and the cast absolutely delivers. We’re not here to overanalyze it… we’re here to vibe and appreciate what it brings.

And obviously, we need to hear from you—your favorite couples, your favorite moments, all of it.

Cute, dramatic, and a little bit delusional—exactly how we like it. 💌

  • Dancing Our Way Through Venezuela to Slovakia | with Carina and Karin
    Mar 22 2026

This week on Talking Nonsense with Carina and Karin, we take our ears (and egos) on an international tour—no passports, just vibes 💃

We’re diving into Venezuelan rhythms, Slovak chaos-core (yes, that’s a genre now), and iconic Spanish album eras from queens like Shakira and Christina Aguilera. because nothing hits better than lip-syncing in a language you half understand (or don't understand at all). Shoutout to Rawayana and Horkýže Slíže for soundtracking our unhinged music journey. Today's conversation is lighthearted, slightly chaotic, and deeply passionate about one thing: good music, good vibes, and absolutely no professional credibility.

  • Becoming Timmy Chala-Mess While Staring at Fireflies | with Carina and Karin
    Mar 15 2026

This week we spiral through the kind of life goals that make normal people question your sanity. Carina is fully committed to becoming Timo Tay Chill-a-may, the guy who thinks ballet and opera are “too much effort for no one”, Karin is producing a live drag Sailor Moon movie (next week btw), a project born entirely from blind ambition because they haven’t even watched it yet, but apparently drag queens and chaos are all you need to be an auteur.

Somewhere in the chaos, we ponder the deep mysteries of life, like how to get rich enough to help people without accidentally funding literal nonsense and how Karin is gently, desperately asking Carina to be more mindful, which Carina clearly isn’t interested in.

Is this a life goals episode? Kind of.

Are we actually planning anything? Absolutely not.

Are we talking about baking cakes, chasing fireflies, and fantasizing about being rich enough to help people? Yes.

Is adulthood just screaming our chaos into a microphone and calling it ambition? Definitely.
