Take Your Time

Admittedly, there are some things in life that I move through at a fast pace. What I've come to accept is that my process of grief shouldn't be one of those things. In this episode, I reflect on the life and legacy of my aunt, who recently passed away, and share why it's been important for me to take my time navigating through this loss.
