Take Care of Your Body | 61-90 Day Challenge | 12 of 12

  • Today we are on Exercise 36 of 36 on our 90 Day journey and 12 of 12 in our final 30 Day Challenge. That means that after this episode, we have completed our goal of exercising 12 times this month and 36 times in 90 days. But if you missed an exercise this month, like I have, we still have our final Day 90 exercise that I will release sometime tonight in anticipation that most people will listen to it Thursday morning, April 24, which will be exactly 90 days from our introduction on Saturday, January 25. But this isn’t about a one and done goal. This is about creating a system that works for lifelong health and vitality for your body, mind and spirit. At the end of today’s episode, i’m going to share something, not from a doctor, not from a nurse or an athlete or nutrition expert, but from a patient. She opened up her heart and shared something that you can only acquire with age and experience. I’m talking about perspective, and I will share her perspective on health with you at the end of today’s spiritual exercise. But first, we are going to continue reading through the gospel of John and we are going to dedicated the full 20 minutes of spiritual reading to the gospel of John for our last three episodes. That means we will be finishing up the gospel of John on our final Day 90 episode. And as always, the bulk of our time today will be spent doing the actual practices of prayer, spiritual reading and gratitude. So let’s get started.

    5 minutes of prayer, 10 minutes of Bible Reading, 10 minutes of Spiritual reading and 5 minutes of gratitude. As always, we will be praying the Lord’s Prayer, The Serenity Prayer and the Apostles Creed and I have placed links to each of these prayers in the show notes.
