I’m so grateful that Jessica and Susanna asked such great questions. I really felt like I was able to get into the mind of their guest Carrie Burke. I learned a lot more about OCD and general anxiety disorder. Carrie’s book “Mind Fire: Diary of an Anxious 20 something” sounds like very deep meaningful experiences that she shares with all of us. As. As a parent I loved hearing about how her parents helped her and she gives excellent tips for parents. That they all need to hear!

Real, vulnerable conversation!
