Jean-Luc. was born in Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The DRC was colonized by the Belgians and has been an independent country since 1960. His father was a high profile government agent. So they lived between Congo and Belgium. His first language is French.
Upon graduating High school in Johannesburg, he moved to California to attend university. He studied computer science with a minor in Psychology. He paused his studies because he got married young and had to support his young family. He has a daughter and twin boys who are now in university dispersed across the US.
In his professional career he worked at the Union Rescue Mission because he always had a philanthropic passion. He wants to help people. He developed his skills in the Information technology, marketing and telecom space over the years.
He purchased 250 acres of plush, untouched land in Kinshasa. Him and his partners grow chili peppers primarily, cayenne peppers at 70% of the production and 30% habanero peppers. They produce all organic vegetables and spices. His 2 partners, are Dr. Joel S. Peck in Hawaii and Dr. Ralph E. Plumb in Murrieta. They have 3 great advantages:
1. They create employment for the local very impoverished communities.
2. They grow everything organically since their land is very fertile.
3. They're able to scale and export to any country in the world at competitive pricing.
