T is for Therapies

From speech and occupational therapy to ABA and beyond, therapies are often some of the first supports families encounter after an autism diagnosis. In this episode of Sweet Tea: Southern Mamas Doing Autism A to Z, the three of us sit down for some real “therapy talk”—breaking down different types of therapies, sharing what has (and hasn’t) worked for our kids, and talking about how we advocate for the right fit.
