He is the son of late Sri S B Chavan, who also served the State of Maharashtra as its Chief Minister twice. Currently, Sri Ashok Chavan is a Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha.The Chavan family’s association with Bhagawan goes back more than six decades to the 1960s. Sri Ashok Chavan remembers having Bhagawan’s darshan when he was barely six. Be it his electoral successes or struggles, or his personal tragedies or celebrations, Bhagawan has been his strength, support and succour at every step of his life. In overwhelming gestures of compassion, Swami has visited the house of Chavans too on multiple occasions. In this Satsangh, Sri Chavan recalls all those life-defining moments and reiterates how he still feels Bhagawan’s strength and presence in every facet of his life.
