About Meg: Meg Olson, also known as The Garbage-Free Hippie, is the founder of The Garbage Awareness Project, inspiring and educating on ways to reduce the "garbage" in our lives—not just physical waste, but also harmful food ingredients, product ingredients, and toxins in our environments. Through workshops, coaching, and community outreach, Meg empowers individuals to adopt sustainable practices that nurture both their health and the planet. A multi-passionate entrepreneur, Meg wears many hats—mama, graphic designer, holistic nutrition coach, yoga instructor, traveler, and farmer. But at her core, she is a curious explorer and lifelong learner, constantly seeking new ways to live more intentionally and inspire others to do the same. This fall, Meg completed the Nutrition Therapy Master Program at NTI, deepening her understanding of holistic health and wellness. The Garbage Awareness Project
