Recently, Northern New South Wales and Queensland were inundated with massive floods. Chris’s office was damaged by floodwaters that were over three metres high. This is a story of remarkable community spirit, resilience, and surviving a frightening natural disaster in order to rebuild, restore order and revive a huge swathe of Australia that was, literally, drowned.
With heavy rains re-appearing and more threat of floods, Chris’s story of how a community bands together is both touching and inspiring.
