Sum-Bourbon Cocktail: (Keep in mind, my mom never measured and neither do I really)

Ingredients:
- Chilled Glass
- Cocktail shaker
- Aromatic Bitters
- Orange Bitters
- Dark Rum
- Port Wine
- 2 oz Bourbon (amount optional)

Steps:
1. Add 1/2 oz of Port Wine to cocktail shaker
2. Add 1/2 oz of Dark Rum
3. Add 2oz (more or less) of Bourbon
4. Add a couple dashes of both orange and aromatic bitters
5. Add ice cubes
6. Stir
7. Strain into glass
8. Enjoy, cheers!
