Welcome Back, in today’s episode of The Indigo Mind Podcast I will share a true story about a friend who I recently lost, suddenly and unexpectedly.

This experience touched me and affected me deeply, I realized how short this life is and how we are not promised tomorrow.

Everyday when I go to dialysis, I am dancing with my own death and it’s a chance I take hoping that God will pull me through.

This episode is dedicated to my friend Perez who was a kind soul with a big heart.

We must remember to cherish and not waste another day. Show your loved ones the love and respect they deserve.
