Life doesn’t always tap you on the shoulder. Sometimes it swings, again and again, until your body is tired, your mind just won't shut up, and your spirit feels cornered. So I come in hot with a Rocky Balboa quote because it nails the moment: winning is not about avoiding the hit, it’s about taking it and still moving forward. After a rough day of feeling attacked physically and mentally, I choose to “hit back” with what actually works for me and maybe you'd like to give it a try too.
