This episode “Success” is about when we're reaching our goals we have a tendency to want to talk about it to others but by holding it in yourself builds a confidence within you. Sometimes sharing too much with too many actually weakens what you're working on and the big picture is it doesn't matter what kind of feedback you get from anyone else, what matters is how you feel about your accomplishments. We all have different goals in life and we all are on a different timeline so if you don't have a confident that you feel 100% safe in sharing with by holding it within yourself you willl build that confidence that brings you to the next level.
