Fidelity's Advisor Sales department is a great place for young professionals to rise through the ranks and establish their careers in the financial services industry. Many members of this department started out as co-op students and have grown through multiple different roles on their journey up the advisor sales career ladder. Both of today's guests are former co-op students and have now found a permanent place in the Advisor Sales team.
