Acerca de esta escucha
Amanda White was a veteran, a homeschooling mom of four, and a farmer. Life had always been loud and busy — but something shifted after the loss of her mother-in-law and a series of health scares.
It started with dizziness. Then she ended up in the stroke center… twice. One of the visits revealed an occluded artery, and with it came a growing fear that she’d had — or was going to have — a stroke.
That fear didn’t leave. It grew into daily panic attacks, insomnia, and a buzzing sensation in her body she couldn’t explain. What’s worse, doctors told her she might just have to get used to it.
She kept imagining her four daughters walking in to find her dead. Her thoughts turned dark — even towards self-harm — very quickly. She didn’t recognize herself anymore.
Amanda tried carnivore dieting, excessive exercise, therapy, multiple medications, magnesium infusions, and even medical marijuana. But nothing brought lasting relief — until she found Sean’s videos.
That was the first time she understood what was actually happening: she wasn’t broken, just sensitized.
Fast forward to today, she isn’t just panic-free — she’s also recovered from bulimia after struggling with it since childhood. Now, she sleeps better than ever, and her life is filled with joy, not fear.
In this episode, Mirka talks with Amanda about her full journey — what broke her, what helped her heal, and how she learned to live again.
Listen in.
