That’s right, today we’re talking about the topic that a lot of us don’t even want to think about… storage facility fires.

Just in the past few months in one of the markets we own and operate in, there have been at least 2 separate storage facility fires that destroyed huge portions of the facilities. These examples are worst-case scenario and ones that we all hope never plays out at our storage facilities. But we have to face reality and realize that fires can, and DO happen. Even when we do everything right.

That’s why we have to give ourselves the best possible tools and chances to prevent and address fires. That means taking the right precautions, having the right equipment, training, and more. We’re actually going to take a deep dive into all of these concepts and more as we share some simple but effective ways to help address the threat of fire at your storage facility.
