Today I wanted to discuss what it means to be on auto pilot when it applies to your personal habits and addictions. The best way in which to cure yourself is to realize what you are doing on a present level.
I'd say conscious - but that word and level is top tier and beyond my total comprehension at this time in my life.
I'm not speaking from the clouds - but I am speaking from somewhat of an enlightened state.
