STAYING ALIVE is hosted by Jon Gabrus & Adam Pally - best friends, comedians, and professional partiers - who have realized that after spending the better part of their lives treating their bodies terribly, they should probably make some changes. The guys will interview friends and experts about the things they do to stay healthy, as well as document their own journeys through real, honest, and "grossly forthcoming" conversations about health and wellness. • Rangooning: A Live Staying Alive from SXSW (w/ Jared Freid and Sophie Buddle)
    Mar 26 2026

It’s time once again for A Live Staying Alive, and hosts Jon Gabrus and Adam Pally are coming to you from SXSW in Austin TX, the cold plunge capital of the world! They’re joined on stage by hilarious stand-up comedians Jared Freid and Sophie Buddle, who first of all witness one of the more embarrassing moments of Gabrus’ life, and then move on to discussing Pally’s allergy to the mineral cobalt, Jared’s life among the retirees in Florida, and how Sophie stays alive through shoplifting. Plus, a question from the audience about meditation, Gabrus learns that low blood pressure is even possible, and Pally is ONLY smoking flower at the gym, that can’t be why everyone’s moving away from him.
