Recently we spoke with Casey from Lauxes Grates who is the General Manager of the Lauxes Grates USA entity. We talk about her experiences that lead her to where she is today and all the new learnings that come with new opportunities. Going back to start up phase in a new country is a big change and we are so proud of her journey so far.
