Starting 2026 Together: A Free January Yoga Series with live classes

On January 1, I’m publishing the first class of a new January Yoga series.

Starting January 2, we’ll continue with short daily live yoga classes on YouTube for ten days in a row — completely free and open to everyone.

If you can’t join live, all classes will be available as replays on YouTube, either under the Live tab or in the January Series playlist.
