We talk about how he went from “I’ll only work out if it’s a sport” guy to day-one boot camper that has been consistent with workouts for the last 18 years. From those early days of hiring a babysitter just so we could treat boot camp as our standing “date,” to building deep friendships that show up to watch basketball 2 days after his recent hip replacement, this conversation is all about how fitness can anchor a family through busy seasonsand big life changes.


    We also get honest about injuries, aging, and what it looks like to keep showing up when your body can’t do what it used to.
