Upon meeting a fellow Star Trek fan, there is perhaps no better icebreaker than asking, "What's your favorite series?" Usually people will answer with The Next Generation, or maybe The Original Series or Deep Space Nine, and all will be well. However, there is always a risk that things will get awkward if someone answers... Enterprise. But maybe we're being unfair-- maybe the little prequel series that could does have something to offer.
