-She also shares her newfound rage about the lackluster maternal care system and standard of care in the United States.

-Rebecca wants the standard of care to improve, but in the meantime she would like to help people learn to advocate for themselves pre/during/post pregnancy.

-Listen in as she shares her story about standing in her power as a first time mom and her recommendations for how you can show yourself radical self-love during the pregnancy process. The birth mother is not merely the vessel for bringing the child into this world. They deserve so much more.

  • Ep. 15 - Let Freedom Ring: Your Power in the New World
    Nov 3 2020

This episode was recorded on the morning of November 3, 2020. It's arguably one of the most important Presidential election dates in the history of the United States. Americans have mobilized like never before to get themselves and others to the polls. Before the election date the ballots that were cast represent a whopping 70% of total ballots cast in the 2016 election. It gives me hope for the future.

I created this episode before hearing the election results. I want it to serve as a guide for anyone who believes in freedom for all. Even if Biden-Harris wins we will still have so much work to do and I want you to feel energized and emboldened to stand in your power. Be a freedom fighter for yourself and others. Let this episode serve as a workshop to remind you what you're fighting for and where you hold the power to make it happen.

  • Ep. 13 - The Power of Childbirth
    Sep 30 2020

Your host Rebecca has a big announcement and I bet you can guess what it is! She is pregnant with her first child and they are due in February of 2021. The thought of being a new parent can be daunting so she reached out to some old friends and family members to ask them to share their own birth stories. Bringing a child into the world definitely falls under the category of Standing In Her Power. Her goal was to honor and learn from those who have walked the path before her. Let's celebrate the strength of those who have stood in their power and raised children (whether they birthed them through their bodies or not).
