After the last king of the Sinhalese, King Sri Vickrama Rajasingha, fell into the hands of the British in 1815, the whole of Sri Lanka began to be ruled under the British government. In 1906, Sri Wickrama Noortiya was created by lawyer John de Silva Champion based on this incident. The play was compiled into a book by the Towerhall Theater Foundation for the Tower Centenary. This has been created based on the Noorthi script and the songs and dialogues contained in it have been included.
At the beginning of this section, there is a discussion with him and his family at Ehalepola Nilame's house. He says that he is going to Sabaragamuwa area according to the royal order. After that, the section shows how Muttusami and a group of English soldiers who came to conquer the uplands are taken to the king for punishment.
