Spotlighting San Antonio as a filming destination

This week On The Record with Randy Beamer, we hear about the city’s new incentives for filmmakers and production companies. City Council passed the measure last week, increasing incentives for companies that come to San Antonio to film and use local talent and crew. Our guest is Krystal Jones, Director of the city’s Department of Arts and Culture.
