Spirituality for Leaders is a podcast exploring how spirituality, consciousness, and inner awareness can transform the way we lead. In a world where leaders face constant pressure, rapid change, and rising levels of burnout, this podcast offers a different perspective on leadership development: leadership rooted in presence, self-awareness, and spiritual insight. The show explores how spiritual practices and conscious leadership can help leaders build resilience, maintain clarity, and lead with purpose. Through a mix of solo episodes and thoughtful interviews with leaders, thinkers, and practitioners, the podcast explores topics such as conscious leadership, mindful leadership, spiritual growth, leadership wellbeing, and burnout prevention. Each episode connects inner development with real-world leadership challenges, offering reflections and practical ideas that leaders can apply in their professional and personal lives. Solo episodes run around 30 minutes and explore key ideas, perspectives, and practices that support conscious leadership. Interview episodes run around an hour and feature conversations with guests who are integrating spirituality, mindfulness, and personal growth into their leadership and organisational work. If you're a leader seeking greater balance, clarity, and meaning in the way you lead, Spirituality for Leaders offers insights, conversations, and practices to support your journey.2023 Ciencias Sociales Espiritualidad Filosofía

  • EP 133 Self-leadership with Wani Manly
    Mar 27 2026

Wani is the first guest in the new format of the podcast and before we dig into the content of the episode, I wanted to give the behind the scenes of how she came to be a guest. On Friday the 20th of March, I decided to cancel all my future guests on the podcast. I was booked until November 2026. It was a bold move. Once I had messaged the potential guests, I wondered who I could interview for March as I always have one guest per month on the past Friday of the month. I reached out to a woman in a business Facebook community who specialised in burnout and waited.

On Monday at 2 am, which would have been Wani's Sunday, I received an email from Wani asking if I would consider her on the podcast. Her profile was perfectly aligned with the new feel of the podcast. Normally, I pre-interview my guests but I decided to go for it. The next day, we were recording the episode and it is EPIC.

Wani is an Intellectual Property Attorney from Miami, who left her career after receiving sign after sign, for a year, to move to Paris. She had already been on a spiritual journey for nine years, which started after September 11, 2001. After a year of those signs, she sold her home, her car and got rid of almost everything she possessed and moved to Paris. She didn't know the language and had only been there as a tourist once.

She says this is the moment she stepped into what she calls "Self-leadership" which she defines as self-awareness and the willingness to look within, including at our shadow. It requires us to do the work, which can be really hard at times. For Wani, what it looked like was to stop being so hard on herself and more open to life.

Even thought she had made the decision to fully pursue a career in public speaking and change management as a consultant, it was hard for her to let go of her lawyer identity.

To hear her share about what helps her stay centred when life gets overwhelming (how much more overwhelming than a move to a country where you don't speak the language?) and so much more wisdom, click here.

  • EP 132 Funny I Was Just Thinking About You
    Mar 20 2026

Have you ever had that moment… where someone pops into your mind out of nowhere—and then, almost instantly, they message you? Or you dream something so specific it feels impossible to ignore… and then it happens?

If you're someone who prides yourself on being logical, rational, scientifically minded… you've probably dismissed those moments. Coincidence. Pattern-seeking. Noise.

    Until they happen again.
    And again.
    And again.

At some point, you start to wonder—what if this isn't random?

In today's episode, we're exploring that uncomfortable, fascinating space where logic meets experience. Where the things you can't explain begin to show up too often to ignore. And what that might mean—not just for how you understand the world—but for how you lead.

Because what if the leaders who make the best decisions aren't just analytical… but are also paying attention to something quieter, less measurable… and just as powerful?

To book a discovery call to find out how you can learn to trust your intuition as a process that both protects you from burnout but also allows you to reach new and sustainable levels of success, click here.

  • EP 131 What if businesses had souls?
    Mar 13 2026

I specialise in Business akashic records which are the records of the soul of a business. i was shown about ten years ago that every business has a soul independent of its founder and they have a soul contract. The founder or founders agree to bring the business to life, and the business chooses the founders for the characteristics that they bring to the business. It starts as a perfect match, although the founders might think it was their idea. Spirit works in a different way.

If you don't know what akashic records are, I invite you to listen to EP 57 The Akashic Records.

Businesses, governments, buildings and generally entities have souls. And because they do, they have records.

At the start of a business, the relationship between the founder and the business is like any relationship. It's the honey moon phase. Over time, however, the two can become misaligned. I link it back to Simon Sinek's book Start with why. A business has a very strong why at the start. And if it looses its connection with its purpose, then it becomes less purposeful effectively becoming soulless.

I find it fascinating that a business consultant like Simon Sinek can come to the same conclusion as I do even though he is not spiritual. Imagine what would happen if he was and he knew the tools that I know to align or realign a business owner to its business.

The soul quality of charitable organisation is easier to accept because intrinsically, they are here to do good, but it's not reserved for the non-profit sector. Commercial companies can also be soul driven.

Once you connect to the soul of your business, it can show you exactly how you are supposed to do business, what brand colours to use, what offers, what pricing, what funnels. All these things that can confuse us and take months if not years to hone, we can receive the information almost instantly when we open the records of a business. And most business owners and entrepreneurs tell me that they knew this was what they were supposed to do but they lacked the confidence in the vision they had received.

If you would like me to read the records of your business, why not book a session with this link.
