Unveiling the Paranormal: A Night to Remember at the Highland Arts Theatre

Join me on an unforgettable journey as I recount my spine-tingling experience at a paranormal investigation event on October 11, 2025, in the heart of Sydney, Nova Scotia. Set in the historic Highland Arts Theatre (the HAT), a former church brimming with stories and emotions, this event transformed an ordinary night into something extraordinary.

As attendees gathered to explore the theatre’s rumored hauntings, I had an unexpected encounter that would change everything—I came face to face with what could only be described as the theatre's resident DEMON in the hauntingly atmospheric green room.

With its rich history of laughter, tears, and artistic expression, the HAT is a hub of intelligent and residual energy, offering a unique backdrop for both performers and paranormal enthusiasts alike.

This is more than just a ghost story; it's an exploration of mediumship and the unseen forces that linger in places filled with emotion.

Stay tuned to experience my personal account of a night filled with mystery, excitement, and the supernatural at one of Nova Scotia’s most cherished venues!

Although completely not anticipated, of course I would meet the only DEMON in the place, in the green room.

This is a former Church, that is now a very well received and often visited theatre. Many people enjoy many productions, concerts and have shared many of their emotions in this location. From laughter to tears, the intelligent and residual energy is evident.

This is my story of my mediumship at work during a paranormal investigation of the HAT.

In today’s episode, we’re diving into two intriguing ghost stories sourced from Reddit. While they might not send chills down your spine, they certainly spark curiosity and invite reflection—at least they do for me! Each tale offers a unique perspective on the supernatural, blending personal experiences with a sprinkle of mystery. Join me as we unpack these narratives, exploring the emotions and thoughts they evoke, and contemplating the deeper questions they raise about life, loss, and the unknown.

1st Story:

Courtroom Entity

Summary:

In this eerie firsthand account from a county jail employee, the narrator shares a chilling encounter in an old courtroom repurposed for storage. While working the night shift, the narrator experiences an unsettling incident after stepping out of the bathroom. A figure resembling a man is spotted sitting on a bench, but upon investigating, it mysteriously vanishes.
