More about Sharon Muzio, RN BS LMT RMT: Sharon has owned Alta View Wellness Center for 25 years. She has extensive bodywork experience, as well as, over 25 years of critical care and rehabilitative nursing experience. She is an aromatherapist, and a Reiki Master/ Practitioner. Sharon has several certifications in specialty bodywork, including Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, and Chinese Cupping. Sharon has studied various movement modalities and has incorporated these techniques in her corrective myotherapy sessions.

Sharon has worked with Tarot for the past 10 years and offers private readings. She offers private sessions of Shamanic Journey to provide you with a setting to meet with the Liminal Guides that can aid in releasing old paradigms. Sharon believes in the power of Positive Self Talk. The messages we tell ourselves are the music we live by. She has created a Positive Affirmation Journal and Card Deck to help people shift their perspective to a more empowering process of thought. Sharon works with her Guides to create the Affirmations that she shares. Each Affirmation has the potential to create shifts that lead to a more positive internal environment. Positive self talk is a tool for growth that can lead to deep healing.
