Speech Development and Culture

Imas joins Joshed Raw (Josh) on Gods of Tomorrow to discuss speech and language development from childhood to adulthood and the challenges some experience with inner dialogue and expressive speech. They explore how different religions define their inner speech, how sociocultural influences impact the arrangement and expression of speech, and how this impacts an individual's worldview. Imas and Josh spend most of their conversation discussing the supported science of language and how the primitive brain is layered during human development before shifting the conversation into theoretical explorations and their impact on religious groups and the religious "nones". They also look at studies done on several cultures around the world and how language has differed among those cultures.
