The only thing I would correct will be the importance of the temple mount. Since Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the Temple mound has been a significant piece of real estate. Israel was a gift to the Jewish people 3000 years ago. King David and King Solomon built a temple to serve God. Throughout history, the Jewish temple was a significant place in the world. The Muslims have piggybacked on that importance. Judaism is not a religion like Christianity. Judaism is a lifestyle and part of that lifestyle is the importance of Israel .over half of our 613 mitzvah commandments can only be done in the state of Israel. Judaism is not a Friday night or Saturday afternoon affair it’s a seven day a week from morning tonight. No matter where a Jew lives he prays facing Jerusalem no matter where a Jew is he’s talking about Jerusalem and Israel of 100 times during the day. You missed this point key point. To a Jew Israel is not like Ethiopia or Sudan or Jordan. Israel is Israel, it’s a Homeland that God promised us. I enjoyed your podcast. Thank you.

In a talk by Dallin H. Oaks he quotes from the New Testament and says
“I begin with what Jesus taught were the two great commandments.

“Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

“This is the first and great commandment.

“And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.”

This means we are commanded to love everyone, since Jesus’s parable of the good Samaritan teaches that everyone is our neighbor.”

A remarkably unbiased, useful clarification & background

Jordan is always fair— I know one should avoid absolutes, but this episode proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that she can keep her personal opinions and emotions out of her professional content. I was eagerly anticipating Jordan’s take in this episode (which I hope becomes multi-part) and then learned via her release statement that she is Jewish herself. In the face of something that must be so intimately painful, I could not be this calm, equitable, and metered. I’m impressed. I’ve shared w/ my husband & will continue to refer friends & family to her content.

I've been a great fan of the unbiased podcast and have been listening to it almost on a daily basis. And this is why I was shocked in horror to listen to this episode. The entire thing is filled with false information one false fact after another that I don't even know where to begin. It seems that the research done for this episode was reading Wikipedia pages. It is very sad to see because now it puts for me in question the entire unbiased podcast. Again to clarify, this is not about conflicting opinion or biased approach but false fact after false fact every single sentence. Really, I don't know what more to say. I'm shocked!
