In this final episode of Season 8, Nicole is joined by PPFF Director and Professor at Griffith University, Michael Townsley and PPFF Chairman, Neil Redfern to launch the 2024 AU/NZ Retail Crime Study and review the highlights from the year. It's been a huge year for the PPFF, from incorporation of the group, to rebranding, to four in-person events, webinars and 15 Podcast episodes (just to name a few). We wrap up the year and get a look at what's in store for the PPFF in 2025.
