    Lakoona has been a hot topic for Melbourne residents since the announcement that the Airport Authority has a agreed to sell 56 acres airport property to a private developer. The developer would like to see a family friendly man-made lagoon project on the site paired with both residential and commercial products to attract businesses, residents and tourists.
