When COVID-19 shut down travel and cancelled live entertainment, Sophie turned her kitchen into a stage, streaming her live performances to the world and spawning her latest album, Songs From The Kitchen Disco. She speaks about her biggest hits, starting her own record label and the toll that COVID has had on the entertainment industry.
