After years of starting projects and having trouble finishing them, I’m so happy to finally share some amazing news. My Courage to Believe: 21-Day Devotional for Single Moms is becoming real, and I can’t wait for you to have it.

As a divorced mom who has been through the challenges of single motherhood, I know the ups and downs we face every day. I’ve included the story of Hagar from the Old Testament. God saw her, cared for her, and protected her when she was pregnant and alone, and later as a single mother. Her story shows us that God never overlooks us, even when we feel alone.

Some of these devotions might bring up hard memories for anyone who has faced domestic violence, as I have. I’ve handled these topics gently, knowing our feelings often come from how we were treated by people who said they loved us. Forgiveness is important for our healing—not for them, but for our own freedom.
