Solo sex in later life!

A simple chat from a mid-60-year-old about older people and the fact that we still often masturbate in our 60s, 70s and even on into our 80s. We must not be ashamed of this fact and of our sexual needs in later life. So often, masturbation is thought such a dirty very taboo subject. I feel we need to be more open and honest about this. After all, we all have feelings, desires, and sexual tension at these ages.
