Welcome to the November episode of Soil Soul Society. This month we explore the theme of reciprocity and how that connects with our journey of living a live of less. A meditation will help you to slow down and connect and the ideas shared will help in your preparations for the festive season.

The theme of October’s episode is ‘Make and Mend’. As we journey through our year of living a life of LESS together it felt essential to take time to appreciate our creativity and the wonders of our hands. This episode is a mixture of prayer, meditation, poetry, and inspirational ideas.

The September episode of Soil Soul Society is taking inspiration from the harvest season and shift into autumn to explore the importance of celebration and thanksgiving.

As harvest season begins, we celebrate this month with ‘sharing’ as our theme. Through prayer, meditation, and storytelling we explore the value of sharing.

In this episode we embrace the concept of the abundance within us and around us. We start with a nourishing meditation, then we have our monthly update from Lizz at Jock Tamson’s Gairden, and we finish with a time for prayer and reflection.

As we near the summer solstice and embrace the circle of life, this month our theme is ‘Circularity’. With a mixture of prayer, meditation and reflection this episode inspires us to think in a circular regenerative way and empowers us to see how we can all contribute to a sustainable future.

Our theme for May is “Diversity’. Diversity is the cornerstone of all healthy systems and is something that needs to be celebrated. I hope this episode inspires you to strive to be part of a world where diversity is a living breathing reality than enriches us all.
