A proud first-generation college graduate, she currently serves as Administrator of the Bilingual Authorization Program at the Riverside County Office of Education, where she is leading the development of an approved pathway to prepare future bilingual teachers. Ro’s leadership bridges lived experience and systems design, always grounded in equity, multilingualism, and creating innovative opportunities for educators to thrive.
