What's good everyone! I couldn't wait to drop this episode because its a necessary conversation. Lots of my listeners and myself aspire to work within the sports industry and gain opportunities. However, I've seen lots of opportunities only for HBCU students. In my opinion, these companies are only doing this to make themselves look better and increase diversity within their organizations. My issue is that all Black students don't attend HBCU's and that's who they're really targeting. Let's push for inclusion. Tune in & enjoy!
