Snow Angels

It’s hard to think of a Saskatchewan winter without snow. To many people, the cold and snow represent such fun winter activities as ice fishing, building a snow fort or playing hockey with your buddies on the street. Snow, however, can also represent a challenging time for people with mobility challenges, vision loss or other disabilities.
