Slowing down without starting over

There is a version of slowing down that doesn’t ask you to erase your life in order to deserve relief and today. I want to share with you all about what slow living can truly look like, because I think as a phrase and a meaning it’s been co-opted in place of the aesthetic version that fills our social media feeds.
