Emmanuel Haro, a 7-month-old baby from Cabazon, California, was reported missing on Aug. 14, 2025. The child’s parents, 32-year-old Jake Mitchell Haro and 41-year-old Rebecca Renee Haro, have now been arrested in the baby’s death as the search for Emmanuel continues.

#jasonabarca was found deceased hanging up side down wedged in a tree. @wincvpolice said this was a suicide and did not investigate further. They had other people walking around the tree that Jason supposedly committed suicide on and damage any DNA that could have been there. The police department failed to execute immediate searches. The property Jason was located at did not allow the father to search and rather asked him to focus on another area. This is a failed investigation as one was never started.
