Best sleeping podcast

I really only dislike 2 things about this podcast, the episodes where its just sounds and the fact that i can never finish a full episode before i knock out because some of the topics are very interesting. This guys voice is sooo calming and soothing. The fact that the episodes are full of character and genuine originality instead of a strict script is refreshing, I love the 50 states fact list (even though ive only heard the first 10-15 minutes of them as i always end up falling asleep) Thank you for all your hard work! would love to hear another episode about bideogames or hell even wrestling lol

Love it

Literally the first podcast I have found that actually helps me sleep. His voice. The random stories, facts, nature sounds. It is great! If the episodes were a little longer(add another20mins), as it does take me a minute to get low, I'd give it 5 stars.
