Notice your breath.
The gentle rise and fall...
as if the air itself is rocking you.
There is nothing to control —
just the rhythm of being.
Beneath the thoughts, beneath the stories,
there is a deeper silence.
Still. Steady. Unchanging.
Can you feel it?
Let yourself rest here,
in this quiet space within.
Not trying to sleep —
just resting in stillness.
Sleep will find you.
Imagine the body as a calm lake.
No ripples. No disturbance.
Only quiet.
Only peace.
