There is nothing to do. Nothing to fix.
Just this moment. Just this breath.
Begin to notice where your body touches the bed.
The gentle weight of your limbs.
The warmth of the blankets around you.
Let your body grow heavier with every exhale.
Imagine the day melting away.
Each breath out is a soft release.
Let go of thoughts. Let go of tasks.
Let go of the need to be anything at all.
You are safe. You are supported.
The night holds you gently.
There is nothing to worry about. Not now.
Not here.
Let yourself drift — like a leaf on still water.
Floating. Surrendering.
If a thought comes, smile at it... and let it pass.
Return to the breath.
Soft. Slow. Spacious.
Your body knows how to rest.
Your breath knows how to guide you home.
You are letting go now.
Sleep is coming.
You are already halfway there.
