  • Big Dreams & Sleepless Nights ~ Interview with Chloe Jane, Musician & Skating Artist
    Mar 18 2026

Ever had a big dream? I mean something real big? A thing that lights you up and you've wanted to pursue forever?

You're in the right place, then -

This conversation will literally convince you to go for it!

In my interview with Chloe Jane, NYC Musical & Skating Artist, I was so impressed with her commitment. She works on her original songs, owning them independently, and navigates the entertainment industry with a load of talent and some serious work ethic.

Marrying her early childhood discipline of figure skating with her passion to make music, Chloe Jane is producing some incredible art including her tracks and music videos.

This was such a fun conversation that we decided it would be a 'part 1' and we can check in with Chloe as she grows.

Listen in & before you know it, you'll be hooked on her music (like the banger 'Sleepless Nights') & you'll be daring to dream your own big dreams all night long too!

Head over to IG to follow her & catch the vibe of all her content @chloejane

  • Stretch Problems
    Feb 25 2026

When we get stuck in our problems for awhile, the energy we give them compounds.

In this episode, I explore a concept that I call 'Stretch Problems' where we expand our point of view and create a new and bigger problem that's more fun to work with.

In turn, this shrinks down our current problem and also helps us to access more creativity and newfound energy to move forward.

    Enjoy!

We don't have to limit ourselves or our students.

Why do we try to justify everything as if it doesn't matter unless someone is qualified for the Olympic Games?

This episode is a dive under the hood of how our language my be hurting our chances or at the very least: our experience in sport.

  • Kind to your Mind
    Jan 16 2026

It's 2026 & Self Care doesn't really feel 'optional' anymore.

This is the year of the centred skater, the hustle free coach, and the peaceful parent.

It doesn't mean that we won't have our challenges or that we'll easily handle everything... But the intention to approach this experience of skating + life with some well deserved kindness isn't a bad idea.

Welcome to the NEW way of being your best.
